Got a new phone and can't log into my misc account from it(srs)

Can't log in from the new phone cus it's saying my email is not correct. I forget what email I put

How do I check to see which email is associated with my bb.com account?

On desktop, go to Account (top right) and click 'reset password' - when taken to that screen, it should have your email address pre-filled

I'm logged in from my old phone tho using wifi. I can't log into a desktop or any other device cus I don't have my password/email

Do the same thing on mobile: click on your profile button at the top right (next to the cart icon), then click 'reset password'
