Gyms opening September 1st...finally ******* murphy gives in.


however:

25% capacity

masks on at all times



what say you boyos? i been lifting at a gym that opened in secret since june and will continue lifting there for most part. no masks needed.

I was lifting in secret with no mask since June too until a few weeks ago it got shut down again.

brahs what's the best way to get around the "mask at all times" nonsense?

poke holes in the mask? specific type of mask? etc.

my school(RU) is gonna have some of their gyms open, but they're gonna have that ****gy "1 hour limit" when working out

my hypertrophy days take an hour to complete doing about 24 sets with 1 minute rests...power days take almost 2 hours

I go to Diesel, enjoyed it more but its a bit more of a hike for me. I (used to) hit up the local big box gym after work, Diesel on the weekend.

Finally.

I live in PA but make weekend trips to NJ for the beaches almost every weekend. Used to always visit Atilis, Diesel, etc. when there but haven't at all this summer. I'll stop by one maybe late Sept/Early October to see how much of a sh!t show it really is.
