2 more years bro
-Some people say good things come to those who wait, truth is, good things come to those who work..... who work later.....who work harder...... who are willing to go further than anyone else to get them. If you're waiting for good things to come to you, you'll be waiting for a pretty long time.

-I'd rather live life saying "I failed" than "I could have"

Obviously Goodlife. But they've been telling people for two months that you can only be there for an hour.

And in my city, three of them have been shut down already due to COVID. Good luck with those COVID gains.

The gym was legit dead when I went , so I don't see how me staying longer would make a difference. I doubt they would of cared if some non lifter stayed longer

sorry man but i had to do that to 3 people today as much as i hate it. It sucks but we need to manage to inflow of people, if anyone catches anything we need to be able to see who was in at that specific time. If you go around quiet times the staff should be a little more chilled, at least we are.

1 hour 15 is like the max I ever dedicate to a lifting session. Not trying to be there all day, would do any extra cardio outside.

You could try shorter rest periods between sets, Jay Cutler recommends 45 seconds to one minute between sets. That should make it so you’re using your time more efficiently.

Whack. My gym lets me book 3 times at a time. So if i want, i can lift for 3 hours.
1 hour can be enough if you do short 1 minute breaks. But even then, i like to have 75 minutes to do all my exercises.
Are you tied to a contract? Otherwise find a better gym.
