First guy who gets shot on camera agitating and shouting “Shoot me, N****. Shoot me, N*****”

First shooting:

Agitator (Shoot me guy) chasing Kyle down the street for reasons unknown. Object can be seen thrown at Kyle by agitator as Kyle is fleeing. A shot is fired, the agitator yells “Fuk you”, continues to chase and additional shots are fired, striking agitator. Kyle returns to agitator and looks to begin dialing for help. Crowd begins to form and tells him to leave.

Second shooting:

Second video starts and Kyle can be seen running from armed mob. Kyle is running towards police, trips and the mob yells “get his ass”. Mob begins to swarm Kyle. Man 1 attempts to kick Kyle on ground, but does not land. Man 2 attempts to beat Kyle with skateboard, and Kyle fires weapons hitting Man 2. Man 3, armed with handgun continues to approach Kyle and puts hands up, but quickly brings gun down again in what looks like it could have been attempt to fire on Kyle. Kyle shoots Man 3 in elbow and he runs away. After getting back up from ground, Kyle continues to make his way towards police and turns himself in.

Please feel free to add, or correct these interpretations. There is a lot going on in all of these videos and it is easy to miss things.
