i just started working my glutes this year. i actually prioritize it over squats. and they're so big and thick now lol

Face genetics I am very satisfied with: I've got the Vanilla Ice/Dolph Lundgren/Guile from Street Fighter kind of look.


But some aspect of my physique leaves me wanting. I've always been bothered by my compact midsection. I work out as much as I can to offset a kind of stocky look but my torso just is not elongated in the classical bodybuilder fashion, and thusly, I don't have great ab genetics. I've never had a ripped six pack, best I've done is a half-ass four pack.


Mike Mentzer had a similar thing, a very compact torso and I've noticed Dave Draper and Arnie never had great abs either. Just not their strong suits.
