For me it's the opposite. Morning feels like chit (and always will be fk waking up early). Afternoon I'm wide awake. Maybe because I don't drink caffeine?

In all honesty, and I realize corona-19 may **** with this, but get to the gym before work. If you can manage that, it can mentally sustain you for the rest of the day.

I drink freshly ground, single origin Ethiopian coffee. Black, 20 ounces in the morning. I will then drink purified alkaline water through to the afternoon. Just above room temperature. I feel this routine is very important and assists me to make it to at least 2:30 pm without issue.

I don't, I just leave early.
When it comes your time to die, be not like those whose hearts are filled with the fear of death, so that when their time comes they weep and pray for a little more time to live their lives over again in a different way. Sing your death song and die like a hero going home.

I’m too old to be bad at my job. That feeling kicks me into high gear immediately.

When I was working at the office, coffee. Usually ice coffee. I worked in the city of Chicago and there was also a lot to walk around.
