Can you eat Salmon on a cut? How do you prep it?

Thinking about meal prepping Salmon next week. What's the best brand and the best way to cook with most flavor?

Easy go-to’s:

1)salt, pepper, dill, lemon
2)soy sauce, pepper, garlic, honey, drop of sesame oil, toasted sesame seeds on top

Might not fit cut diet so adjust accordingly
