It's not just the fact it's "2020". It's the fact that the pressure cooker has been at it's peak for some time now. I could see and felt the unrest over the past 3-5 years.

The MSM and social media do an EXCELLENT job of fear mongering. They've been doing it for years. But the terrible chit is happening in democrat cities really with people who are most likely getting paid to human feces. USA is a big place. Stay away from blue cities and democrats and you'll be good (Democrat leaders are spineless puppets for not doing enough or anything at all to stop this bull chit)

if i had to settle in america i would live in some remote small town near some vast forests/national park so i could go hiking all the time, would hate to live in bigger cities due to high crime rate and political correctness

Portland is cool because it is a big city, but there are a lot of hiking trails nearby. Crime rate also isn't bad in the suburbs. PC is there, but it shouldn't affect ur daily life at all.
