What’s with people going to therapy?

Why is that such a norm these days compared to years ago when you actually went for major issues not just casually now.

Seems like some 6/10 adults go to therapy, can’t they handle life?

I think humanity is trying to overcome the stigma of mental health.

It's a money making scam. Therapy and all that psychology is a scam. They never cure anyone. Ask a psychiatrist how many "patients" they have ever gotten that didnt get prescribed drugs

Life is indeed hard at times and not fair but can’t imagine not having a positive outlook on it.

This. People go to the Doctor if they have a broken leg or a bad rash, but suddenly the brain isn't part of the body and should be neglected? If more people actually reached out for mental help there wouldn't be as many violent acts or suicides.

Depends on the issue and type of therapy.
