Hi Ash,
Hope you been well.
I think you have 500. Maybe with a rep in reserve. Goos luck.
1. Get lots of sleep
2. Eat well
3. Reduce intensity on axial loading lifts to incr probability of getting 500 next sesh

455x3 was that easy, you could pull 515-525 or something I bet.

Nice to see another double overhand deadlifter. I think you got it, but chalk up. Grip can be a huge factor DOH DL

Yes you can go in next week and grind out 500. I would recommend doing this though:
Next week- work up to max single of 475-485
Second week- work up to a 2-3" deficit deadlift of 425 x 2
Third week- go for 500 and it will look/feel like a speed pull
That's what worked for me when peaking my deadlift anyway. You might even hit a double if you have the balls to try.

I use the Wendler formula frequently, although no max formula or calculator is actually accurate. This one works out ok for me.
Weight * Reps = X
(X) * .0333 = Y
Weight + Y = Estimated Max.
When you plug in 455x3 you get 1365.
1365 * .0333 = 45
455 + 45 = 500.
So yes, based on the calculator I use sometimes, I'd say that you probably do have 500 in you. Now some people are better with reps and others are better with singles, so there is always variance.

For every 6 rep max on bench, your 1rm is 45 lbs higher.
205x6 = 250x1, 275x6 = 320x1, 240x6 = 285x1. Ect, I find this is true for me.
Probably changes as you get stronger..

You have the strength for sure.
Can't see because angle but it appears you shift forward a hair on the liftoff. I would rip my knee sleeves off if they were at the knee level, but your mechanics might be different.
PM a side shot if you don't have one from this sesh?

It's like the wrist blood pressure cuffs. They may be a bit inaccurate, but if you use them every day at the same time under the same conditions, they're consistent, so you have tool to work with.
In the case of the tool you're using, I plugged the numbers into the formula that I use and it wasn't far off. So I'd say it seems pretty reasonable.

Thanks bros, gonna rep all
Here’s another angle of this set
May have to ditch the sleeves, For some reason I just feel more secure having them on

Looks like you should. How many sets did you do with that weight?
