Gonna make you a promise here misc.. If I relapse, I'm out..

Been smoking for the past 2-4 months and gambling a fuk load on the pokies and it's starting to turn into an addiction. I'm watching all these documentaries of MMA fighters and boxers and just people physically fit cardio wise and it's ****ing killing me. Instead of a cigarette, I can go down to the beach and go for a run every single day that's behind my place or just generally run anywhere else, less cost of spending a fuk ton of cash and also especially the gambling part is getting me into some really **** thoughts

Hopefully going to turn this chit around, I don't talk about it much because I'm generally the type of bloke to bottle chit up but it's got to a point where change needs to happen (inb4 name to post content ratio)

GL to everyone else fighting addiction, honestly hope I can pull through this and work on this because it's a huge letdown especially the gambling, down like almost two thousand in two weeks

if I relapse, i'm posting back here and requesting a permaban from this site with reps removed and whatever else, can't fuk around anymore

I used smokeless tobacco for almost fifteen years myself. I quit over ten years ago.

If I can do it, you can do it OP.

Good luck.

Thanks brah, much appreciated

Gonna focus mostly on lifting and cardio now, already cleaning out my place of all the bad chit I have and scheduling a run on the beach every day on a calendar. Might also put my fit bit to good use. I just hope I can also find some place to train boxing as well. Not gambling anymore ahould save more cash for me to spend on training

Was gonna try self training but it won't get me anywhere if im using wrong form, promise still stands tho. If i relapse in any way, im out of here.

I'm glad I never developed that habit.

Alcohol is a bit of a different story though...
