Hello My Twenties (Age of Youth) is awesome, if a bit CW/Teen Drama-y. It's about 5 college roommates and very lighthearted with great humor and character development. It's fairly wholesome as well, but definitely in the K-drama category.

Stranger is a great crime thriller, and was named one of the best new TV shows by the New York Times.

Strong Girl Bon Soon is cute, very fluffy but nice for watching while doing other things around the house.

Dubbed or nah?

I know that the dubbed versions are often trashed for not being as good, but I rarely just watch a show so I don't watch much with subtitles.

All have subtitles. There are lots of High Drama pauses in Stranger so you don't have to be watching the whole timeI tend to stitch and watch and somehow don't miss much of the dialogue.

Start with Hello My Twenties, it's sooooooo good!

Oldboy is in my top 5 movies of all time.

Make sure you watch the Korean version not the Spike Lee remake.

I still reminisce about this movie years after watching it, can't say that for any other film I've watched.
