Any Water Flosser brahs here? Are they legit?

Title. I use regular floss all the time but dental hygiene is a big deal for me. Good teeth and breath crew checking in.

Water floss everyday . I love it. I never remember to use regular floss and this does a good job at getting all the chunks of food out

I have a water pik that is collecting dust. I couldn't figure out how to not make a huge mess when using it and it made my gums bleed if I wasn't extremely careful.

It's overrated. Regular flossing is much faster and efficient.

Water flosser is damn near 30% more effective at removing plaque

Results: The WF group had a 74.4% reduction in whole mouth plaque and 81.6% for approximal plaque compared to 57.7% and 63.4% for the SF group, respectively (p < 0.001). The differences between the groups showed the water flosser was 29% more effective than string floss for overall plaque removal and approximal surfaces specifically (p < 0.001).

The WF group was more effective in removing plaque from the marginal, lingual, and facial regions; 33%, 39%, and 24%, respectively (p < 0.001).

Conclusion: The Waterpik Water Flosser and manual toothbrush is significantly more effective than a manual brush and string floss in removing plaque from tooth surfaces.

I love mine. I have a spot between my back two molars on my upper right side that gets food stuck in it pretty regularly (damn wisdom teeth removal). Brushing, flossing, using my fingers, etc nothing works. But some warm water in my waterpik get's it pretty much every time. Great investment, IMO.

I have a waterpik which I use in addition to flossing and brushing. It gets into hard to reach crevices and the gum massage feature with warm water is soothing. I'm almost certain I'll send a Christmas care package with one inside to MBisonSon since he's poor and I feel bad for his meth mouth condition.

Yes totally legit and dentist recommended. Better than regular flossing, turn that beotch up high and blast the plaque and food right out of your gums.

I have used waterpik which is great and just recently bought a knockoff brand on amazon that works just as well.
