Companies who are running commercials with people in facemasks

What do you guys think about companies being so comfortable with face masks that they are spending money to advertise their products/services with actors wearing face masks?

The first one I think I saw was Domino's and they have subsequently run a couple of different ones and even one which featured children.

I don't understand the level of comfort Americans seems have with wearing them. Are we really this weak-willed and easily hoodwinked?
