Anyone else lost all their gains?

I'm back to where i started with zero muscle, skinny fat.
Of course i have the muscle memory which will help me get back in shaper faster, but fuark does it suck to start all over again.
It's also difficult to get a gym routine going again, and also to count calories etc when you're back at the bottom.

When i was liffting and in my prime, i had gains to lose if i skipped a session or if i ate like chit.
But now i don't care. It's tough to get that fire back brahs.

Yes, but what I've lost has been made up with this gut that's appeared.

Haven't been to a gym in about 2 years. Started working out at home to get back into shape. I look skinny fat and it was really bugging me, but the good news is that I did lose a lot of fat along with the muscle (I had a linebacker look to me).

Yeah I'm scrawny again not really giving a fuk about my diet. I'll get back to where I was in no time though once it's safe for gyms to reopen. It'll take me like 2 months because of muscle memory.

All the skinny cute girls I knew in HS are fat now though since this quarantine. I think the tours over for them, even when this is all over with

Had no bench. Only had dumbbells but was too tired after making said weights to lift. 4 months later i was reduced to nothing.

People who once juiced and then stay ''natty'', wil always have an edge over true natties. So it's definitely helpful.
But of course it comes with risks as well. Would probably join the dark side if i wasn't already prone to balding.
But hair > muscles. So it's a no for me unless i go bald.

Nope, haven't lost any muscle and actually down a couple lbs from goal weight. Been lifting throughout the shut down and eating just like always. Plus I walk 30 min 4-5 days a week for cardio.

Retained muscle but got flat and weak, also can tell I’m holding onto some fat in my obliques but you couldn’t really tell looking at me.

I see myself everyday so I notice the change in my body composition.
No man has the right to be an amateur in the matter of physical training. It is a shame for a man to grow old without seeing the beauty and strength of which his body is capable.

Lost maybe 30% of my gains in the initial quarantine. Gyms reopened and I gained back most of it. Gyms closed again and now I'm trying to maintain, but time is eating away.

Lmfao at post like these

Did you just stop working out?

If you didn’t then you should have been able to keep gains

If u did then lmfao that’s your fault for being a lazy bitch

Seriously who the fuk stops working out for MONTHS LMFAO.

I can’t picture stop working out for 3 days. Lifting keeps me sane.
The most I skipped was a week and I only skipped chest cause I strained it. I still hit every other muscle

Actually since gyms are open here and there’s not much to do. My physique is better than it’s ever been in my life, also stronger than i’ve ever been. Feelin fawkin joooocy. Feelsgoodman.

No excuses. Even if my gyms were closed i’d find a place to work out, even if it was doing calisthenics at a park.
