If I beat up the head instructor of a mma gym, would I inherit the gym?

Let’s say I challenge or am challenged by the head instructor and whoop his ass. At that point, I am the victor and then have earned the right to take over the dojo.

He was the best, but is no longer. Therefore the business and ownership should go to me. Seems like a pretty straightforward way to increase capital if you can fight.

The gym? No. Can you steal all his students? Yes.

Yes. But first you have to take out the head student. And then call out the instructor in front of all the students.

hmmm.... my MMA gym has several world champions, including current, in MMA and MT.. I think it might be a little bit difficult to beat them up...

This one legendary fighter Former world champ was training, I walked in, legit thought someone was firing a shotgun in the gym... that was him kicking the big kick pad... the pad was doubled by duck tape with another pad and the dude holding the pad still had bruises on his forearms... I had to remind myself not to sheit my pants as I was stretching a few feet away.

OP really needs to watch the movie The Art of Self-Defense.

In all seriousness--very few martial artists are completely undefeated. Obviously, they can still run great schools.

That’s true. A rite of passage.

This is no small task in suggesting. I’d have to prepare intensely.
