pretty much the best digest carb with lowest chance of inflammation or intolerance
taste
cost
ease of storage and reheat
no bull**** straight carb

cons:
low fiber


glycemic index of rice does not mess with you, if youre concerned with that youre being stupid and mental masturbating too much

Pro tip: go to an Asian supermarket and get sushi rice(unsweetened). It is way more flavorful and sticky than jasmine rice. It is what they use at decent or good sushi restaurants.
