Best way to re-adjust yourself to a new sleep schedule? (reps for useful answers)
Let's say your work required you - over a long period of time - to mostly work throughout the day, so you went to bed much late.
Now for the next several weeks you'll be required to start working much early, meaning you have to go to bed many hours earlier than you did over the course of many years.
What's the best way to approach this?

Force yourself to wake up the time you want to get up, even if it means only getting a few hours of sleep the first few nights. You'll adjust pretty quick.
