Buying a weighted blanket was a mistake. This thing is so damn comfortable.

Nothing to do today. Bed was comfortable. Figured i might as well sleep in instead of waking up and refresh the misc nonstop.

What’s the benefit of a weighted blanket? Does it get hot?

It's heavier so it reduces moving around a lot. Also it's impossible to lift your legs up high, so the blanket stays in place.
Normal blankets would always move around, leave openings for cold air to come in etc.

Hot wise, just the same as a normal blanket. I don't experience any overheating. But it will be too hot if it's 90 degrees in your room with no AC.
If you have AC or if it's winter, it's perfect imo.

Go as heavy as possible.
The 10% bodyweight is just some bs they put on. There's no way a weight can be recommended the same for both men and women.
Therefore, ignore it and go heavy. Mine is 20 lbs and i think i would go for 30lbs or more if they had it.

oh gosh please teach me your ways, please, I'm so tired and can never sleep more than like 7:45 MAXIMUM. Of course, I also have to get to work and work out and such, but would 8-9 hours be so unreasonable?!

Do you have blackout curtains? Light usually wakes someone up naturally.
Also if noise wakes you up, i recommend earplugs from honeywell laser light. Very soft and comfortable and great at reducing noise. Cheap too.

I got the Buzio one which has a lot of good reviews. But i got lucky and bought it for $75 since normally it's $120.
But i just checked and it's only $57 today? That's a huge steal.

Other brands might be better, all i can speak of is this one since it's the one i got.

Maybe a weighted blanky will help me to sleep on my back the whole night. I'm tired of being a sidecel sleeper

I don't get wet dreams, but i did have a 9/10 sloot who asked bout grey joggers before it became popular.
Took a pic of my bonrar commando in said grey joggers and added an inch in length with photoshop for max results. Got a lot of nudes in return. She loved it.

Do you feel like chit for sleeping so long? Or are you actually rested
I felt surprisingly rested today. I think the quality of sleep matters. If you wake up early but stay in bed anyway, you feel groggy, slow etc.
But in my case, i just slept continuously and woke up refreshed. Hopefully it will improve my overall sleep quality for the usual 8-9 hours by tossing and turning less as well.
