MISC., What kind of weird food combinations do you enjoy?
Do any of y'all enjoy any strange/unorthodox food combos, that nobody else understands or enjoys?
I'll go first: One of my FAVORITE things to eat is.....chicken fried steak with tartar sauce, instead of gravy. That is pure heaven if you ask me.
What about you guys?

Banana and Mayo Sandwiches. Bread, banana cut length wise, mayo. Cheese optional.
Ramen n cheese. Cook per instructions, drain most of the water out except maybe a spoonful or two, put flavoring on, mix in a slice of cheese (velveeta slice melts easy) until melted, sriracha if you like it spicy. You'll never eat ramen normally again.
Whole grain spaghetti, can of turkey chili, tuna, franks hot sauce. Ultimate protein pasta.

Get a bag of cheese and a container of pizza sauce and mix them together. Yum!

Enjoy? Well, this one perhaps beats all as simply WEIRD...and most definitely NOT part of a bodybuilding diet. Pure JUNK.
PORK RINDS (chicharron) and CHEETOS,in about equal proportion.
The two come close to CANCELING EACH OTHER OUT, and you end up with no taste at all!
I don't know, but YMMV - or not - but it worked that way with me. Now all I have to do is to figure out whatever possessed me to even try this, um, macabre combination, LOL...

Wow-what alot of interesting combos mentioned here. The fries with mayo/mustard sounds good. So does the cheese and pizza sauce combo. I'll have to try both of those.

I do occasionally make a fusion (multi-national) soup/stew which combines things as never before done in human history:
Leftover meat and its juices, sometimes half a jar of a Heinz gravy, onions, carrots, broccoli, pepper, No 5h1t (a REAL product, from Dallas, with the uncensored spelling, which is a multi-spice without salt), pasta (at least two kinds, most often spaetzle and wide noodles), rice, mushrooms, potatoes. So far, reasonable and at least somewhat-typical ingredients...
But, making the combination weird, I also use: mung beans, curry, pierogis, kreplachs, kasha, seaweed (as another seasoning),couscous (as a thickener)...may also add rice noodles toward the end. Currently-in-use package of the latter is from Thailand.
I don't think I've ever shared this food with anybody else before...my ex-roommate doesn't like mushrooms, pierogis, kreplachs, seaweed...so he didn't have this.
His mum died, so he's "Back Home Again In Indiana" to help his dad. He hopes to be living in Asheville NC by year's-end. Chicago is just too big and too competitive for him, this isn't the best place for a PURE Type B personality. Survival here requires at least some Type A attributes. I have both about equally, which is rare. (But may not be rare for an INFJ on the Meyers-Briggs spectrum, which I am, which is the rarest of the 16 types...)
Yeah, I can go two suburbs away and pick up some wonderful kreplachs. That's one of the things I like about the Big City, though a lot of the things I love are shut down due to COVID. Chicago food is WONDERFUL, but will some of these places survive? Some Meetup groups I belong to, though, shut down in March. Bummer, but I'm still happy in CHIC A-GO GO.
I'm probably the only human who has ever eaten this combination of ingredients!

Peanut butter, whey, Greek yogurt and a little milk; all mixed in a bowl. It's my breakfast most days.
