Any of you doing Keto?
Been on keto for a little while now and have lost a decent amount of weight but I just get kind of bored of the food since I don't cook much. Any of yall got some keto food ideas or pre made stuff from the store you like? I make basic things but nothing too fancy.

Keto pizza (i just eyeball the portions)
-2 eggs, cheese, garlic salt then mix together pour onto greased aluminum foil and bake for about 8-10 @ 350 or until the sides start to brown. Try to make the edges a bit thicker so they dont end up to thin and cooking too quickly)
-meat of choice
-best to make your own sauce but a tablespoon or two of a low sugar pizza sauce
-Then pop it back in the oven to heat until cheese on top melts
Try and use sharp cheddar or just buy cheese in the block form. Pre-grated cheese tends to have a lot of carbs
Make stuffed jalapeno (or bell pepper) poppers with Almond flour
-Stuff them with as much cream cheese as you can fit in there then coat with almond flour and fry them
Sweet potato chips
-Use a potato peeler to peel sweet potatoes into fine chips (will take a long time) then bake for a loooong time (like 2 hours maybe more) until crispy. Then you have a snack. But keep in mind how many carbs you have left

Also, a real easy meal is brown some chicken, cook some bacon add them together with a few cups of spinach then add some parm cheese. Boom. Good meal. Or you could add or substitute ground beef. I'm anemic so i tend to use beef more

My whole reasoning for trying out keto is to hopefully solve this problem with the help of the extra fat hopefully bringing my test and hormones back to a more normal level. What’s your take on this ? And more importantly how’s your libido been on keto?Keto pizza (i just eyeball the portions)
