People always say gpod genetics, bad genetics, average genetics etc

But we never see or understand the disparity between what is achievable with bad genetics vs what is achievable with great genetics

I've never seen anyone post the difference

Jay Cutler looked better than people who had been training for five years before he even started training. Meanwhile, the rest of us train for two or three years and look like stir fried chit.

"The flowers bloom, then wither... The stars shine and one day become extinct. This earth, the sun, the galaxies and even the big universe, someday will be destroyed. Compared with that, the human life is only a blink, just a little time. In that short time - people are born, laugh, cry, fight, are injured, feel joy, sadness, hate someone, love someone. All in just a moment. And then, are embraced by the eternal sleep called death."

actually, more importantly

you've never seen someone capable of telling the degree to which genetics vs. hard work mattered.

because, you can't.

for instance, take albert pujols a baseball player.. how could you prove it's his "genetics" and not the 50,000 hours he spent in the batting cage honing his craft? if anything, there's more proof for hard work. because take that talent and don't do anything with it (he sat on the couch forever), and you have nothing. yet.. it takes some amount of work to put it into action

there's a lot of egoism in the genetics argument where people want to make themselves feel more special by boiling the argument down to "genetics" because your genetics and my genetics aren't the same. it's the ultimate dead-end, unprovable, unfalsifiable argument

Both matter.

To the level you are talking A.K.A. best of the best, you need both the genetics and the hard work. You dont become Michael Jordan or Kobe Bryant without being the most talented dude on the league AND also being the first one at the gym and the last one leaving.

Genetics are IMO by far the most important and most deciding factor though, because no matter how much hours you put in you aint gonna be a top draft NBA prospect being a 5'8" Tim, however you can be a prospect being a 7'2" semi athletic retard.

Caring about genetics is pure cope srs. You should lift to look and feel your absolute best and that's all there is to do. If you have chit genetics like me then lifting for a long time can still help you look better than the average guy and if you have great genetics lifting will make you stand out a lot. Either way if you ain't liftin you're fukkin up son.

He claims he worked for his dad’s construction company since the age of eleven, so all of those gains he had at eighteen were supposedly from working. Personally, I don’t know what to believe.

Always been interested in genetics lol.
Idk but a real life example is my gym, in my gym there r people who got big and strong quickly and others who stay the same. I'm pretty much in the middle, however as far as limit goes I have no idea?

Muscle mass follows a bell-curve distribution. For every guy on the Olympia stage there will be a guy who is DYEL status (with perfect diet, training, and a truck ton of cell tech.)

For examples, you can use yourself after x amount of time training. The way your physique looked after 6 months, 1 year, 2 years, after tech (not saying you tech), etc.

Of course genetics matter. Just because someone doesn't have the best genetics that doesn't mean they shouldn't try to be fit and healthy. You'll still look better than your non fit/healthy self.
