I think I'm becoming alcoholic, help
Every 30 days I cave in and get yucky for the night then, the next day I'll be hungover and regretting it swearing I won't do it again
30 days later, I forget it and do it again.
Idk why but after 30 days I get strong cravings for some reason, I don't want it in my life at all and those hangover days are days that are wasted. They add up and make me feel chit about my self.
Maybe to some drinking once a month isn't a big deal, but honestly I don't want to do it at all and it feels like a problem to me.

your 'cravings' are likely just you needing to get out and do something, and getting yucky just so happens to be how you do it.
alcohol isn't the problem. there's something else you're missing, but we can't say what that is.
