“Tho Old Guard” on Netflix.

Pretty good action flick. Recommend.

There is like half a second where two dudes kiss, and I know for you easily triggered snowflakes that is literally rape. So hashbrown trigger warning for your super sensitive feels.

Lol, it is a good movie but this thread is about the misc being exactly like tumbler.....

Saw it a couple of weeks ago...was pretty decent

Also, the founder is on netflix..about founding mcdonalds is also pretty good.

I watched and it's was pretty good, but I felt the action was better than the actual plot.

but wtf is you're whole post like 1/5 saying it's a good movie and 4/5 aggressive but also on defense.

I didn't like it. Sorry I just can't get behind a superhuman female badazz that weighs 125lbs. I also can't get behind the idea that you can heal from anything, for an unknown amount of time, then eventually it stops. And your main battle tactic is to get shot up then come back and kill the guy that shot you...


I know movies are for entertainment. But the whole you go girl and be a big badass warrior and leader of men thing is just played out.

It was an okay movie. The first quarter of the movie was good and then it got cliche/boring from there. They definitely were pushing the gay scenes hard. I wouldn't have an issue with it if it furthered the plot in any way. It was just there to stuff it down your throat. Every one of my friends felt the same way. That the scenes were out of the blue.

When it comes to modern military shows, this is at the top, no questions asked. I can buy it more readily when the woman is literally 7,000 years old. Timing is an ENORMOUS part of combat. In jiu jitsu you routinely see 125-pounders wiping the floor with really big guys just based on their reaction times. Now imagine having literal millennia to perfect your timing.

Plus, she can use weapons, not just her body... and her body is indestructible. So it's not as unbelievable to me that way as a lot of movies are.
