omg literally just started doing this last week, heard of it on a podcast and got this book that talks about it:


I just been using surgical tape for it tho, not those ones u posted, saw those on amazon but thought was overkill, the tape works good and is cheaper

I always have phlegm in my throat nowadays for some reason so sometimes its impossible to just use the nose

was thinking about making a thread about that book after I try stuff from it for awhile and see if it works, feel like the mouth tape is kinda working so far for my breathing at night

without it my mouth would often feel gross upon waking, this eliminates it. hard to know about improved oxygen quality/sleep quality etc

never thought I had allergies but who knows

just allergy pill. i had same issues upon moving to cali, zyrtec fixed right away
