I’m down 19-20 pounds since Aug 11, so off to a pretty good start.

yeah i agree - make one master consolidated thread and keep adding to it for the 3-6 people that are interested in watching a Bloatlord lift.

No I’m going to keep making lifting threads. And you might as well make that number seven, because I know how interested you are seeing as how you pop in to every single one of them.

That was the first time I’ve responded to him in months. Srs.

But yeah, you know what, I might put this on tonight. I think my training partner and I are both getting a little sick of the same old playlist.

I probably could have done 225 if it had been my first exercise. But I had already done three heavier sets of flat bench.

Looks like you will be stronger than pre-injury.
Was it a pec tweak?

I think I could probably bench 335 to 350 right now under meet conditions if I wasn’t afraid of hurting the pec.Still very strong.

for back shoulders and arms im currently doing palumbo's idea of a couple light weight sets to complete failure and then a heavy set of 4-6ish reps and this has been the greatest discovery of my lifting career tbh
ive torn my pec and I feel like pressing movements are more dangerous to do fatigued so I stole this from patrick tuor, you do your hardest bang for your buck movement first, then do an isolation movement because itll exhaust the muscle you're targeting without smashing the stabilizers, and then do another harder movement and you'll have the stability to that second movement harder and heavier than you would with your stabilizers already burnt out. Sounds stupid but I love it and I definitely notice a difference strength wise going from press > iso > press rather than press > press > iso. I did piana's burn out approach on chest for a while and it felt great but chest never responded to it like legs and thats also when i snap city'd my chest so never again

that's a lot of pressing lol. Reminds me of when I first started lifting and I'd always make sure to hit flat/incline/decline every chest day
I'm limited to DBs and bands so my chest workout for the last 5 months was
incline DB press
DB floor press
flat DB flyes
band tri kickbacks
this last month switched over to a full body routine though and lifting every other day. For pressing I do incline DB day 1, DB shoulder press day 2, and DB floor press on day 3.

Awesome pics. Great size. Look thick. Solid. Tight. Keep us all posted on your continued progress with any new progress pics or vid clips. Show us what you got man. Wanna see how freakin' huge, solid, thick and tight you can get. Thanks for the motivation.
