Anyone else train exclusively with snatch grips?

Currently switched to snatch grip rack pulls and snatch grip power/shrugs.




Trying to build the yoke and upper back/traps.

Lol, you think I bother doing rack pulls/shrugs without straps?


No point doing them without any straps tbh because if you're tryna grow the muscle, might as well strap up and do the most weight you can possibly do and instead go raw for deadlifts and work on grip with other methods imo.
