Employers can't discriminate based on race, color, creed, religion, national origin..

But what exactly is “creed” lol

Like what is the difference between creed and religion does anyone even know?

What constitutes as creed? Can it be anything.

“That’s against my creed bro”

“That doesn’t go against my religion, but it does go against my creed...”

Has anyone ever got sued based on creed?

“Boss I can do anything else you ask, but not that, I can’t betray my beliefs, I can’t go against my creed”

Can it be made up stuff too? What if it conflicts with other concepts. What if working with women is against your creed for example. If they say that’s sexist can you counter with “but it’s against my creed” and then they can’t do anything to you.

Just realized outside of the movie, creed is such a random unused word that exists only on OSHA posters and nobody really knows what it means...

You can attack a mans dignity.. but respect his creed ✊

It's a good question; I guess if taken to court, competing creeds will be analyzed and whichever creed causes the most amount of physical or psychological harm will be overruled.
