Rate last night's dinner/10

30oz bone in ribeye, and some pork loin steaks. I tried cooking with indirect heat and a reverse sear on the BBQ for the first time. Turned out delicious but could have had a better crust/sear. Served with roast potatoes, salad, tortilla chips, guacamole, chimichurri sauce and a glass of merlot.

Potatoes maybe a little undercooked tho. could use some more of that Maillard reaction boyo.

I'm sick of the "troll food" threads where miscers show off a TV dinner or mcdonalds chicken nuggets as their dinner.

Only had olive oil to cook them in, usually would prefer dripping or ghee, I think it makes them crispier
