Lateral Raises? Between face pulls and Raises I seem to do alright. Still wish there was something easier though.

Personally single arm DB rows for higher reps (10x4s moving to 13x6s at highest volume with a 20kg) really make a huge diff in only a few months.

Bent over rows pulling the bar to your upper chest, elbows flared comfortably.
Or with dumbbells, try to touch them to your front delts, elbows flared comfortably. Can also be done unilaterally.

Until a person learns how to squeeze and flex the rear delts, it doesn’t even matter. And once you do, you’ll be able to do it using a variety of exercises, so it still doesn’t matter.
The bottom line is learning how to contract them and learn the difference between the rear delts and the traps, which is the difficult part for most.
