Can't come to a conclusion between fitbit charge 4 and fitbit versa 2
So I'm basically going to be doing a drastic career move soon and hopefully cement my career path in progress but before I can do that, I need to focus on my cardiovascular fitness levels. I need something to track my cardiovascular and general health and honestly don't know which of the two products to get. Both honestly do the same features except a few additional but price range varies quite abit
Fitbit Charge 4
https://www.fitbit.com/au/shop/charge4
$250

Fitbit Versa 2 Smartwatch
https://www.fitbit.com/au/shop/versa
$330

Only difference I can honestly see is that the fitbit versa 2 has an actual 'alexa' based system in it

Fitbits are utterly pointless. Save your money and track your fitness by timing the improvement in your run times, or tracking your resting heart rate over time.

why do you need these to know you're being healthier? to keep you accountable?
just allocate an hour a day to walking or, 10mins to sprints
if it's for steps get something that costs 5 bucks

I've seen some bad reviews about the Fitbit 4 with its GPS . I was really close to buying it actually.. but I kinda need a good gps for Strava. I'd go with the Versa 2. The offline music doesn't work with Spotify apparently, and you need to download/buy music and then put it on. Or stream it if your phone's nearby..
Maybe look at Garmins as well.

I like the Versa 2.
More aesthetic. Does everything I need it to do.
I don't think it has standalone GPS though but I don't mind. I think Versa 3 does and that's coming soon.
GL with your cardiovascular goals. Don't listen to the haters, get a watch. Not only are they useful the purchase alone is super motivating and tunes your mind for your goals ahead.

Owned the charge, GF had a versa.
They overestimate steps and both malfunctioned after a year. Wouldn't purchase a fit bit ever again.
I know 2 people who own garmins and they're absolutely thrilled with them.
