Any natural ways to help keep the reaper at bay?
Dont want to take anything that could cause severe side effects.
But also read about taking some gummies that can help with hair/skin.
What brand would be best to take? Do vitamins even work?
Any other ways?

develop a deep seated hatred and need for revenge. a good vendetta gives you purpose and the will to live.
“The Misc. is a stone-faced Uncle Sam with Popeye’s forearms and a cocked pistol in each hand. It’s a screeching bald eagle with a foreign Bad Thing in its talons. It’s everything that defines America’s bro culture, magnified and weaponized. But it’s deeper than that.“
