Pretty GOAT cast. I actually liked the original Dune (dark and 80's weird'ish) film with Patrick Stewart. I feel like this one will be pretty legit and hopefully get some kind of full blown film series going.

d&d casted the perfect actors and actresses though (aside from sand snake bitches and maybe yara). as perfect as the LOTR cast. this looks like some low budget indie cast. main character looks like some character for a pre-teen movie

Edit: Just watched and it's literally a remake of the DUNE Sci-Fi Miniseries but with worse actors... Loved the Miniseries so now I'm not really looking forward to this movie. I noticed like 15 scenes from this trailer that were the exact same FFS. This dude will never be better than Alec Newman SRS

It looks sick, but i'm not in on the actor for the main character to carry the movie at all. Hoped it had a more solid actor like Tom Hardy in Mad Max or Ryan Gosling in Bladerunner.
Also hope it won't be rated 12 y and older (or in USA, PG13).

Will def. see it tho, as this and Tenet seem like the only good movies to come out this year

Still looking forward to this, but the trailer was kind of weak. They should have went full hype and slowly played the fear is the mindkiller quote from the bene gesserit witch (I forget her name) while epic drums played and a montage of all the crazy spectacle that happens in the book played. Also the cast is all over the place. Don't like Timothee Chalamet, he has legit ruined every movie for me that he is in.
