Trying to battle the reaper naturally. But at the cost of what?
$110 on supps that may end up doing nothing.
It may even be all in my head..ive noticed receding hairline and i feel my scalp feeling warm...which according to google is a sign of the reaper taking his dues.
1st order was:
Biotin Shampoo and Conditioner Hair Loss Treatment for Thinning Hair - Hair Follicle Stimulator for Fuller Thicker Hair Growth - Revive Damaged Hair with Natural Jojoba Oil Argan Oil Sea Buckthorn
2nd order:
MegaFood, Skin, Nails & Hair, Supports Healthy Complexion, Nails & Hair, Multivitamin & Herbal Dietary Supplement, Gluten Free, Vegan, 180 Tablets (60 Servings) (FFP)
3rd order:
Sundown Naturals Saw Palmetto 450 mg, 250 Capsules
Nature Made Fish Oil 1000 mg Softgels, 250 Count Value Size for Heart Health†
Well see. Im hoping my hair problem is due to stress and the hair will thicken a bit.
Long term ill probably stick to a similar type of shampoo/conditioner combo just bc they dont have the harsh chemicals some of the cheaper ones have.
Ive heard and read good things about the Skin,Nails, and Hair supps but they are the more expensive ones...not sure if i will continue long term (unless there is noticeable improvement).
Saw palmeto and Fish oils, are cheap enough to continue using (which I may)..just bc they are beneficial regardless.

Lmfao if ur ganna take saw palmetto you might as well take finesteride so id stay away from saw palmetto
They had a dude who literally committed suicide over saw palmetto. He said he got saw palmetto syndrome on YouTube and then he literally killed himself. His name was in the obitruary
This is the vid of the guy who offed himself right after.
https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=4z5s3UEjzlQ
Dudes name is literally in the death obituary papers..
Ur welcome for the warning.
If u want something natural i think only microneedling and scalp massages will work. Maybe castor oil and olive oil rubbed in scalp. (I heard olive oil is a mild dht inhibitor) and ketoconazle shampoo.
I’m thinking of hoping on topical fin or ru because it (mainly)effects the hair and not the whole body/system.

If anything, those vitamins should at least give me a few points of glow.
But my loss isnt that bad compared to others...I think a good volumizing shampoo with styling my hair, it wouldnt be very noticeable to anyone...my right side widows peak is receding noticeably more than my left and the front widows peak hair is thinning

Minox is extending it by 6 months. Not actually stopping it. Fin on the other hand may work on you.
I would have never started minox, but fin actually works.
Buy 5mg tabs, and make your own 0.6mg pills with a pill maker. Add your biotin in the same pill, take once a day and you're golden for life.

Dude skip all that
There’s studies on essential oils working to an extent. Rosemary, tea tree, peppermint, etc
Topical melatonin (low concentration) has a little bit of evidence for it working
And anecdotally turmeric and resveratrol should theoretically help

Supplements mostly approximate what the popular meds do with harsher side effects.
Not worth the trouble unless you can keep it all, which requires fin/dua and probably a procedure, unless you suffer some rare inflammation hair loss or something. Most people consider the side effects worse than losing your hair.

Fin / Ketaconzaole shampoo / minox are the only three things that will have any effect, with fin being the key here.
Fin alone can slow the reaper if not halt him for many years, but sides are real, while they may be rare, they are real and they are serious.
Combine all 3 and there is hope... but really.. you should get a hair transplant and then apply the holy trinity.

What do you look like? If you have a moderately handsome face it might not be that bad to go bald. If you are tall you have even less to worry about. I worry a lot about losing my hair but I'm short and have a very youthful face so I'll look terrible without hair. For some guys it's not that bad.

If u want something natural i think only microneedling and scalp massages will work. Maybe castor oil and olive oil rubbed in scalp. (I heard olive oil is a mild dht inhibitor) and ketoconazle shampoo.
