why do you have 12 lbs of amino acids?
“The Misc. is a stone-faced Uncle Sam with Popeye’s forearms and a cocked pistol in each hand. It’s a screeching bald eagle with a foreign Bad Thing in its talons. It’s everything that defines America’s bro culture, magnified and weaponized. But it’s deeper than that.“

The Precision BCAA has 1000mcg of Chromium in it, so you can only take 2 scoops a day.
The Precision EAA Elevated is a really great substitute for energy drinks.

You have to take A LOT OF THEM.
Seriously man, look at what my daily workout supplement regimen included; I would take:
Preworkout
a scoop of BPI Strength Gainz
a scoop of Creatine Monohydrate
a scoop of Creatine HCL
a scoop of BPI Best Aminos Shredded
a scoop of Sixstar Explosion Ripped Preworkout
Intraworkout
a scoop of Xtend BCAA Sport
a 32oz Gatorade or Powerade
a scoop of Creatine Monohydrate
a scoop of Creatine HCL
Postworkout
a scoop of BPI Clinical Essential Aminos
a teaspoon of BPI Best Aminos Water Enhancer
This is JUST for the workout, doesn't include the cliff bar (intraworkout food), or topping off with sodium from a salt grinder I take to the gym.
Add one serving of 3 Finaflex PX Heat pills sometimes
And this is like the bare minimum supplements one needs

Fiber is dangerous to your digestive potency, because it can and will exhaust your amylase stores.
Although the body can't full breakdown cellulose, nothing stops it from trying. Truth is, your natural amylase can breakdown some chains pretty well. However, it's too complex to handle efficiently, so the amylase will get stuck on the chains and then lost when it's all pushed down the digestive track.
If you exhaust your enzyme stores, it will take almost all day to replace. This means very poor absorption and facilitation of macronutrients for the rest of the day. Carbs are important in my diet, as they should be in anyone's diet. So, it's not in one's best interests to lose facilitation of them.
You will lapse into ketosis all day, and the catabolic effects can be devastating. If your body begins dipping into your glycogen stores for energy, you will enter an immensely taxing loop in the metabolism, where in catabolic state the body/brain begins burning the glycogen for emergency energy, but then converts protein>glucose>glycogen to replenish the stores, then just burns up the glycogen again and repeats. It's put an entire wasteful step into the ketosis/catabolic state. Very bad for your protein stores and your cellular integrity.

Thermogenics are great strength enhancers because they provide metabolite support for your body to facilitate more fat for energy, over enduring performance and time.
That is—if you're getting enough natural fat in your diet and not just trying to live off oils (that the body faces a surmounting lipase issue with—since they complex and include no natural enzymes). Also keen to note omegas and triglycerides are not one-in-the-same. They both have unique purpose, that isn't necessarily reverse compatible. Omegas are used to synthesize other metabolites. Triglycerides like to be held in cells to provide enduring energy. The body can't use them as readily as free form omegas, but requires more taxing on the metabolism, for meager performance in comparison.
