Just refinanced my home at 2.25% [reps for all]

30 year fixed - 4.25% interest rate
Went to bank early August to see about refinancing
Locked in 30 year fixed 2.25% interest rate
Just closed on it
brb saving over $100,000 in interest over life of the loan
brb reducing my monthly payment by 24% (went from $1150 to $880 a month) at no cost to me
brb barely paying more for my 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house than I was for my tiny 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment
