Any ppl have social anxiety that started around ~2009?

Wondering about a hypothesis I have where smart phones started becoming popular 2008-2009

same time I remember feeling social anxiety for the first time

maybe my brain waves were telling me there was danger cuz people were acting strangely? now fast forward to 2020 and i think "acting strangely" is putting it lightly
