You ever had someone tell you they love you, but they're with someone else?

A few months ago, a woman that I had hooked up with but kept in contact with, professed her love to me.

Thing is, she's dating someone now, but routinely tells me she loves me.

Nothing like this has ever happened before though...

She must be mentally ill if a hookup and some loose contact afterwards is enough for her to ""love"" you.

I have a lot of girls who I've slept with and not who tell me they love me and I say the same back. The word doesn't really carry that much weight these days.
