I started doing sprints and incline walking 4-5x a week. Really enjoying it. Almost more than lifting weights tbh.

I run 15-20 miles a week, BJJ a few times a week, and do solo calisthenics a few times a week as well. Total of about 10-11 hours a week. Also take long walks when I can.

Skip rope for about 15 -30 min, need a few breaks but feels good. Adam Carolla turned me on to it a few years back.

i used to walk 7 miles outside every day for years. i recently got bored and sick of it and switched to indoor machines. i wanted something faster and more efficient and i don't think i need more than 105 minutes per week of moderate intensity cardio. we'll see how this works out for me. this is my current workout -
