You need serious fukking balls to push yourself on that program my balls are physically huge but the spirit of my balls is weak so I didn't last more than a couple weeks before I bitched out.

You mean the one where you do 20 reps, but are allowed to take small breaks and breath in beetween reps effectively creating multiple minisets?

I found it surprisingly easy coming from 5x5. Maybe I was too cautious and started too light, maybe it just works if you did less than 5x5 before.

If I remember right the aim was to use a weight where you can just squeeze out 10 reps, and then using the mini breaks to get another ten out

It was physically and mentally very exhausting and would tax your CNS for days
