Do any of you use grocery delivery services and how has the experience been?

I'm really curious how the delivery process has been for everyone. What has worked well and what needs work?

I use Amazon Fresh every time I need groceries.

My last order was ordered two days ago at 7pm, and everything arrived by 9pm the same day. Pretty cool.

Downside:
Sometimes some items are not available for a particular delivery day.

instacart here in Toronto is amazing.
can order 2 weeks or a months worth of groceries, pick everything on the app and get it within 2 hours

Once in awhile. Overall experience is mediocre.

Need to figure out which products are good to get delivered. For me its generic things like sodas, cereals, etc. Anything that you have personal preference for vegetables/fruits or brand specific items are worth just going yourself to avoid chit tier produce or poverty substitutes.
