My uncle claims he could bench 600lbs at my age...

Is this even plausible? Even some serious bodybuilders have trouble crossing the 585 mark from what I understand. I’ve seen pics of him in his 20s and he was wide af with a shirt on, but 600?!?!

Meanwhile I can barely press 2 plates for a single rep...

What bodybuilders even bench 585? Feel like I've only heard of powerlifters/people who train for strength doing that much.
