(real) creatine - piss or the good stuff??

Making good gains/revalidation since Jan, squatted 3x8 200lbs and incline bench 130 for sets/reps today

Should I start creatine (no bike):
- right now
- when I plateau
- never

Thx

The only time taking creatine is bad is if you're consistently dehydrated.

Otherwise, you can (and should) take Creatine year round. There's no need to cycle it. I take only 5g daily, every day.
