Say, ˹O believers,˺ We believe in Allah and what has been revealed to us; and what was revealed to Abraham, Ishmael, Isaac, Jacob, and his descendants; what was given to Moses, Jesus, and other prophets from their Lord. We make no distinction between any of them. And to Allah we all submit.

Been using only the dry portion without the poultry seasoning and adding the salt to it. But just made it with both steps. It's really good, but messy...

Juicy chicken breast seasoned prior to baking is so fking j0000000cy and good. i love making it spicy. cayenne red pepper, maybe a lil salt and lemon pepper seasoning too. hngngnngngngngngng. most important thing in any chicken is to NOT COME CLOSE TO OVERCOOKING IT. also douse some tapatio on my breasts. make sure to season both sides and sauce if you get saucy

grilling chicken breast seasoned well to the right temperature makes it perfect everytime. my go to weekly is 2-3 lbs in an instantpot for shredded chicken that can be eaten with anything

I have an obscenely easy meal plan.
Breakfast: 4 eggs, 3 oz breakfast ham on frying pan, 1 cup oats with skim milk
Lunch: 8 oz chicken breast, 1 cup rice, 6 oz sweet potato, mixed veggies
Dinner: Same as lunch, but drop the rice and occasionally add sautéed spinach
I use an instant pot to cook 3 days worth of rice, chicken breast, and sweet potatoes whenever one is running low. Zero effort. Spinach takes 2 minutes to cook on stove.
Makes virtually no mess, practically zero cooking effort, and very easy to dial up/down portions to push my weight whichever direction I need.
Occasionally replace a lunch or dinner with ham/turkey sandwich, or oats with Frosted Flakes, But 90% of my meals follow this schedule.
For rice, soy sauce, for chicken a half serving of bbq sauce or full serving of hot sauce.
Never gets old, srs.
Also my grocery bill is cheap AF. $30 a week if that. And instant pot cooks frozen chicken breast just as well as thawed, so can load up when the price drops. Eggs and sweet potatoes have a long shelf life, and rice and oats last forever. Never throw out food crew.

-Chicken Breast (77g protein in 10 oz) (or thighs when you need the fat) (George foreman or air fryer (GOAT))
-Bags of Rice, beans (dry beans need to be soaked overnight in water and then thoroughly cooked), lentils, quinoa (throw them in a rice cooker with a little bit of oil and walk away)
-Steam some broccoli and or spinach (or whatever veggies you like. Eggplant is good for testosterone)
-Ground beef (74g protein in 10 ounces)
-Eggs (go ahead and buy the flat of 30)
-Ground beef
-Albacore tuna and/or Canned Salmon (not just the plain canned white tuna)
-Sweet Potatoes (cut them up, throw in a ziplock bag with 12 tblspoon oil and some seasoning, cook in air fryer oven for 25 min, then flip them over and cook for another 10-15 until crispy and BOOM! Baked sweet potato fries)
-Stone ground or steel cut oats. Add honey and some fruit
-Steak is great protein but too fatty when you are cutting typically
-Fruits are generally ok. Some have higher kcals than others.
-Seafood is good but you need to eat a ton of it to get the same protein count as say chicken or beef. REALLY good if you just wanna eat light and dont need a huge amount of kcals to hit your macros
-Always add probiotic stuff like bitter greens (alphalpha, kale etc) or some type of yogurt. This will help you absorb more nutrients by helping your gut flora andopeningthe small intestine lining
Invest in rice cooker and an air fryer. Then maybe a flat top grill (for pancakes and chit) and then maybe a george foreman type grill. They are quick to use and dont run on 220v like the ranges do. But its a moot point if you arent in north america i suppose. You can also look into Greg Doucette's cookbook. His chit looks UH-MAZING and easy to cook
