Just reached 200lbs and squatted 200lbs for reps
Squats just below parallel: 200lbs 2x8, then 175 1x9
Happy mane. Came from barely the barbell early this year.
Finally not lifting complete featherweight anymore
Baby reps till I'm out

If you're starting out it takes time to reach that level, know those feels. Keep going strong and slow reps so you don't injure yourself. Warm up properly for legs, I do 12 bar 8 with a plate, 8 with a plate and a half and only then move on to 225, 265, 300+ for 6-8. Especially for 6 ft 3+ brahs

There is really nothing more respectable than someone who starts with the bar and keeps grinding.
I don't think I was ever not able to squat 185 when I started at 14.
Way harder to have to start with the bar and not give a **** what anyone thinks.'
225 coming up!

Das it mane. It goes fast at first doesn't it? I fractured my tibial plateau years ago, was in a wheelchair for almost 3 months, and within a year of rehab, was squatting 3 plates.
Keep it up. Beware of putting on too much weight, though!

Keep hustlin cuz. Don't forget, your body can't read the plates. Keep pushing through PR's and make those gains.
