Anyone overcome sleeping problems?
I have tracked this and it takes me on average 105 minutes to get to sleep, often way longer including not at all every now and then. It's always been at least 30/45 minutes since I can remember, but has become progressively worse over the last few years.
This chit stresses me out and is having a terrible impact on my energy, mood and sharpness during the day.
Anybody dealt with this problem and learned to sleep quickly? If so, how?

I bought all natural melatonin pills (5mg tablets) and took 2 an hour before I wanted to go to sleep.
Shut off all electronics at least 30 mins before desired bedtime, an hour before preferably.
As I try to fall asleep I "daydream" about my favorite movie/video game. Try to picture it with as much detail as possible and before I know it, I'm on the frontlines with an M4 pwning noobs. Then I wake up next morning.
