Is your bank closed now?

I got an email in July that said because of the Covid virus my bank is going to switch over to appointments only and will be locking the doors. I rarely ever had to go inside the bank I usually just used the ATM but it made me wonder why they closed in July and not earlier? Why didnt they close in March when the world shut down? And now the ATM is constantly broken and idk what the fuk I'm supposed to do if I need cash or to deposit a check.
