How do I stop cats from hanging out in front of my window and peeing on the patio?
Neighborhood cats keep coming around my house and sitting on the window and my cats inside stare at the cats outside. I just heard a noise and looked outside and its the cat again. They keep peeing on the patio too and it stinks. How do I keep them away? I dont know if they are my neighbors cat so I don't want to throw water on them or something and have my neighbor see and get mad.

It's a stray or trespassing on your property...just disappear it.

Cat pee is really vile. Lot harder to defeat than dog pee.
You probably want to get an enzyme treatment to break it down, and it may take a good bit, then roll on a concrete sealer.
Supposedly cats do not like citrus oil and I think moth balls. I would definitely try citrus oil first.
My ex once threw mothballs under the porch to ward off varmints and I think the stink was more bothersome than the critters.

next time they come around you want to go out there in a tiger suit and urinate all over the patio to mark the turf and show them you are the alpha leader cat and this is your den they should stay away
