Any Miscers who lift and also do yoga?

thinking about trying that sh*t out for mobility and flexibility, i'm stiff as fck, have 0 of both, cant even squat parallel or properly perform plenty of simple movements without that sh*t looking super awkward or just failing miserably, been seriously looking at yoga as a potential way for me to fix these issues. Thoughts? for info stats are 6'6 245

I used to do acro yoga in addition to weight training, and honestly it was a killer combination. "Acro yoga" is a bit more mobile and dynamic than normal yoga, the combination really helped keep me feeling limber.

I noticed that once I lost some time and was only able to keep up with weightlifting, I felt tight and stiff a lot more often.

I have some fit dudes in my yoga classes on the regular. Flexibility without struggling is GOAT. I've been going regularly to keeping injuries away too.

I do this 3-4x a week. I hate hour long yoga sessions. I hate studios etc.. just roll out a mat at home and play the video, done in 20minutes.

Helps my back and flexibility/mobility.

not yoga necessarily, but I do about 3-4 hours each week dedicated to static and dynamic stretching.
