Anyone ever recover from a lower back injury? Tips?

Like a dumbass I injured my lower back about 10 years ago jumping down a set of stairs while skateboarding. My back has never been the same since. I cant stand for longer than 45 minutes without tightness and pain, cant squat, deadlift, or really perform any exercise that involves stabilizing using your core/lower back.
I've been to doctors and chiropractors with minimal success, tried yoga, tried light strengthening exercises, nothing works.

Hoping someone might have been in a similar situation and recovered.

If yoga or core strength work isnt helping then you need to go get an mri.

I've had numerous issues with my lower back and core work along with yoga/stretching always helped me recover quickly.

Had sciatica for 6 months. Went away after some physical therapy exercises on youtube and not training lower back.
Gave me enough of a scare to say fuk heavy squats, rows and other back injuring exercises.
Not risking it.

what was your diagnosis? can't expect answers with such a general question

Honestly learning how to and progressing on squats and deadlifts has been the best thing for my back. It feels better at 33 years old than it did at 21 after I quit skating and didn't lift or do really anything physical.

LOL. OP is basically like "My car is broke - can it be fixed?"
